I'm Remy Torving


As a licensed psychotherapist, I support individuals, partners and families across a wide range of areas, including stress, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, chronic illness, major life transitions, gender, sexuality and more.

My work is deeply informed by my own experience of burnout, which pushed me to understand how and why people reach breaking point — and how to prevent it. I have spent years studying the psychological, biological and relational systems that keep us well.
